Role & responsibilities
Manage daily glass production & shift operations.
Monitor furnace, forming & production processes.
Achieve production targets, quality & productivity.
Monitor process parameters & machine performance.
Handle manpower allocation & shift planning.
Coordinate with Quality & Maintenance teams.
Troubleshoot process and machine-related issues.
Monitor rejection, wastage, yield & downtime.
Ensure SOP, safety, 5S & Kaizen compliance.
Maintain production reports, logbooks & MIS.
Support preventive maintenance & shutdown activities.
Implement process improvement and cost reduction.
Monitor raw material consumption & production efficiency.
Conduct RCA for production losses and defects.
Ensure smooth and secure continuous production operations.
