Production Planning &
Control
– Plan daily production activities according to targets and schedules.
Production Process Knowledge – Understand manufacturing processes, machines, tools, and production methods.
Machine &
Equipment Knowledge
– Basic troubleshooting, machine operation, and maintenance coordination.
Manpower Management – Allocate operators/workers effectively and monitor their performance.
Documentation &
Reporting
– Prepare daily production reports, rejection reports, downtime reports, etc.
MS Excel &
Computer Skills
– Valuable knowledge of Excel for production data and reports.
ERP/MIS Knowledge – Experience with production or inventory ERP systems is preferred.
Communication &
Coordination
– Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase and Dispatch departments.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
