About the Role

We are looking for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in Production, particularly candidates having exposure to Solid Oral Dosage (SOD) manufacturing such as tablets and capsules.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day production activities as per the production plan.
Work on manufacturing processes related to tablets, capsules, and other solid oral dosage forms.
Follow GMP, SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Operate and monitor production equipment as per SOPs.
Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and other production documentation.
Ensure proper line clearance, equipment cleanliness, and area readiness.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, and Planning teams.
Monitor production output, yield, material consumption, and process parameters.
Report deviations, breakdowns, and process-related issues to seniors.

• Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S standards in the production area.
