Role & responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and other communication channels.
Understand, qualify and record customer requirements.
Explain project details, pricing and payment terms to prospective customers.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into prospects.
Schedule and coordinate site visits.
Maintain accurate lead information and follow-ups in CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and closure.
Achieve assigned lead follow-up and conversion targets.

Preferred candidate profile
01 year experience in Pre-Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, Telecalling or Lead Generation.
Freshers with robust communication and convincing skills can also apply.
Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and confident while speaking with prospects.
Target-oriented, organised and proactive.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office will be an advantage
