Role & responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand and business requirements.
Develop and monitor production schedules to ensure timely execution and delivery.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams for seamless operations.
Monitor material availability and plan procurement requirements to avoid production interruptions.
Track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Manage inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Generate production, inventory, and dispatch MIS reports through SAP.
Maintain BOM, production orders, and planning data in SAP.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and resources.




Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and on-time delivery performance.

Preferred candidate profile
Hands-on experience in SAP (PP/MM Module preferred).
Robust knowledge of Production Planning & Control processes.
Understanding of BOM, Routing, Capacity Planning, and Inventory Management.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
Positive analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities.
