Plan and organize production runs to meet output goals on time and within budget.
Maintain a safe work setting by ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Monitor production processes to make sure products meet quality specifications.
Address machine downtime or workflow bottlenecks by coordinating with maintenance and other departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Solid ability to motivate teams, coach staff, and resolve conflicts.
Understanding of manufacturing machinery, production software, and basic repairs.
Excellent verbal and written skills to report metrics to upper management and direct floor workers.
Ability to analyze data and make quick decisions under pressure.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
