Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate production activities and operators.
Plan daily production according to schedules and available resources.
Monitor production output, quality, downtime, and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
Allocate manpower and manage shift activities effectively.
Identify production problems and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning departments.
Maintain production reports, records, and shift documentation.
Minimize material wastage, machine downtime, and production losses.
Train and guide operators on processes, safety, and work standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
