Profile – Production Supervisor

Experience – 5 to 10 yrs

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to meet demand.
Train and mentor production staff, fostering a positive and productive work setting.
Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to implement process improvements.
Maintain accurate production records and reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of cable manufacturing processes, including low tension (LT) and high tension (HT) cables. Production Supervisor IS694 & IS1293. Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production workplace. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Ability to analyze production data and implement effective solutions. - Robust communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
