What you'll do Plan and run campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and skill-building workshops Build and manage relationships with corporate partners Guide students on resumes, interview prep,



and placement readiness Maintain placement records and align efforts with academic programs Keep stakeholders connected for smooth, ever-improving career services What we're looking for Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A student-focused, service-oriented mindset Experience in campus placements, career services, HR, or corporate relations (highly preferred) Familiarity with academic environments or career counseling Bachelor's in business, management, education, or related field (postgrad a plus) Strong organizational skills + comfort with office and CRM/placement tools In office | Bengaluru Full-time
