ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end design strategy for a complex consumer service product from discovery to high-fidelity executionSolve high-impact UX/UI challenges by simplifying intricate workflows into intuitive, elegant interfaces across their app, website, and all social contentDefine and scale the design system to ensure visual consistency and engineering efficiencyLead cross-functional discovery alongside Product and Engineering to align on vision and feasibilityChampion a user-centric culture through rigorous research, prototyping, and usability testingMentor and elevate the design team, setting the bar for craft, process,



and outputInfluence the product roadmap by identifying untapped opportunities through data and design thinking

Qualifications8+ years of experience in product design, with a robust portfolio of shipped consumer or B2CMastery of Figma and contemporary design tools, including advanced prototyping and design system managementProven ability to translate complex data and financial logic into straightforward, human-centric experiencesStrong strategic thinker who balances aesthetic excellence with business objectives and ROIExperience in fast-paced startup environments where speed, iteration, and ownership are vitalExpertise in user research and data-informed decision-making
