Project Coordinator

Office Location: Sultanpur

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Coordinator to support day-to-day site and operational activities. The role involves managing labour attendance, petty cash tracking, ERP data updates, and coordinating with site engineers to ensure smooth execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities1. Site & Labour Coordination
Maintain and track in-house labour attendance on a daily basis
Coordinate with site engineers for manpower planning and updates
Conduct regular site visits for inspections and handover support
Petty Cash Management
Maintain records of site-level petty cash expenses
Verify bills and ensure proper documentation
Coordinate with finance for reconciliations and approvals
ERP & Data Management
Update daily site activities and records in the ERP system
Ensure timely and accurate data entry and documentation
Track pending updates and follow up for closure
Reporting & Coordination
Collect and compile Daily Progress Reports (DPR) from site engineers
Maintain trackers for site progress, issues, and delays
Share updates with the Operations Manager regularly
Site Handover & Inspections




Visit sites for project handovers and quality checks
Ensure all checklist items are completed before handover
Report any gaps or issues to the concerned teams

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in operations/site coordination (interiors/construction preferred)
Basic understanding of site execution and workflows
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems
Solid follow-up and coordination skills
Willingness to travel to sites regularly

Educational Qualification
B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred
Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant experience may also be considered

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
