Role: Real Estate Project Manager

Reports To: Project Director / Head of Real Estate / Executive Director

Key Responsibilities
Planning and Feasibility: Conduct site and market analysis, manage investment appraisals, and build initial project schedules.
Design and Permitting: Coordinate with architects and engineers, and secure necessary building permits and regulatory approvals.
Budget and Finance: Develop and track multi-million-dollar project budgets, manage procurement, and control costs.
Construction Oversight: Supervise in office progress, monitor safety and quality standards, and solve daily delivery challenges.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main link between developers, contractors, investors, and local municipal boards.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture,



Urban Planning, or Real Estate Management.
Experience: 3 to 8+ years of proven experience in construction or property development.
Technical Skills: Robust understanding of building codes, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, and reading architectural plans.
Software: Proficiency in tools like Procore, AutoCAD, or standard project management applications.
Soft Skills: Leadership, commercial awareness, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation.
