Hiring for A Company into Apparel Manufacturer

Location : Odisha/ Bangalore

Experience: 5 to 7 Years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW / equivalent

Salary : Upto 12L

Job Purpose To support day-to-day HR operations at the apparel manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth employee management, attendance, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and coordination with production teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily attendance, shift, leave, and employee records.
Support recruitment and onboarding of plant workers and staff.
Coordinate manpower requirements with production and department heads.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and basic HR-related issues.
Support payroll inputs, overtime, incentives, and wage-related activities.
Assist in statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, labour laws, and contractor compliance.
Maintain personnel files, HR reports,



and MIS.
Support employee engagement, welfare activities, and HR initiatives.
Assist in disciplinary processes and industrial relations.
Coordinate with security, administration, and other plant functions.
Support HR audits and implementation of company policies.

Desired Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Positive MS Excel and HRMS skills.
Ability to work in a factory/plant environment.
Solid coordination and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Preferred: Experience in apparel, garment, textile, or manufacturing industry.
