Program Coordinator - Immediate Joiners

We are looking for a Program Coordinator to join our team and support learners throughout their training journey. The role involves communicating with learners, handling enquiries and follow-ups, coordinating with trainers, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily training activities.

The ideal candidate should be well-organized, approachable, and confident in communication, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain valuable coordination between learners and trainers.

Key Responsibilities
Manage learner communication and enquiries.
Conduct regular lead follow-ups.
Assist with admissions and registrations.
Coordinate classes, trainers, and schedules.
Maintain learner data and prepare reports.

Requirements
Any degree preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; Tamil/Malayalam preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to handle calls, follow-ups, and learner queries.
Positive coordination and organizational skills.

Candidates from Kanyakumari district are preferred.
