Role & responsibilities
Integrate edge devices with customer PLC/SCADA and OT networks.
Configure and troubleshoot IP, VLAN, firewall, DMZ, DNS, NTP, and cloud connectivity.
Work with industrial protocols such as EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/RTU, and PROFINET.
Commission systems onsite and remotely and troubleshoot connectivity/integration issues.
Coordinate with customer IT, OT, engineering, and process teams during deployments.
Support Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and customer sign-off.
Prepare network diagrams, integration documents, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to product/engineering teams.
Support customer queries and pre-sales discussions related to IT/OT and network architecture.
Travel to customer manufacturing sites as required (up to 50%).
Preferred candidate profile
Experience with Linux troubleshooting and network tools.
Knowledge of IT/OT, Industry 4.0, industrial networking, or IoT.
Exposure to monitoring tools, sensor data, or time-series data.
Startup mindset with the ability to work independently and build processes.
