Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Associate to support our Email Marketing team. The role involves backend operations, email seeding, data handling, and assisting in campaign execution.

Responsibilities
Support email marketing campaign
Perform email seeding and check inbox delivery (Inbox/Spam)
Upload and manage email data lists
Maintain and update records and databases
Monitor campaigns and report issues
Perform basic Excel and data entry tasks

Requirements
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Positive typing skills and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of email/digital marketing is a plus
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Candidates from Nagercoil or nearby locations preferred
