We are looking for an experienced Plant Operations Head to manage end-to-end pharmaceutical plant operations and ensure productive, compliant, and safe functioning of the facility.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day plant operations across Production, QA, QC, R&D;, Engineering, Stores, Purchase, EHS, and HR/Admin.
Monitor production plans, manpower, materials, equipment, utilities, and plant performance.
Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS,



statutory, and regulatory requirements.
Drive productivity, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate plant setup, equipment installation, qualification, commissioning, and scale-up activities.
Manage plant administration, maintenance, infrastructure, vendors, and operational expenses.
Establish and monitor key operational KPIs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams.
Prepare operational reports and provide updates to senior management.

Candidate Requirements
15–25 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing / plant operations.
Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Experience managing multiple departments and large teams.
Solid leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.
Exposure to plant commissioning, utilities, maintenance, warehouse operations, and regulatory compliance.
