Knowledge of the Injection molding production, selection of the mold Vs machine, processing of the different plastic material
Basic knowledge of the all ancillaries used for the injection molding. Keep check on product quality at different stages of Production as perthe referance/master sample.
Identify rejected product at production stage and then correct the process/material/ancillaries accordingly.
To identify risk relevant to processes and prepare risk control plan.
To ensure that FIFO is strictly followed at different stages of Production.
