Lead end-to-end execution of a high-end luxury residential/villa project from planning to handover.
Manage architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and project teams.
Ensure project delivery within time, cost and quality parameters.
Coordinate civil, architectural, interior, MEP and specialist works.
Monitor daily site progress, manpower, quality, safety and project schedules.
Handle client/family and architect coordination, meetings and project reporting.
Manage premium finishes including marble, stone, cladding and specialist works.
Identify project risks, resolve technical issues and drive recovery actions.
Manage cost control, variations, procurement and contractor performance.
Ensure complete snagging, commissioning and handover.
Solid experience in luxury residential, villas, premium residential or high-end construction.
Robust knowledge of civil, MEP, and architectural coordination.
Experience with premium finishes/stone works preferred.
Robust leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
