Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for Project Finance, Loan, and Funding requirements.
Identify and approach businesses looking for bank finance / project funding.
Build relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, builders, and corporate clients.
Develop recent client prospects through cold calling, networking, references, and market visits.
Understand client funding requirements and coordinate with the internal finance team.
Prepare and present suitable financial/loan solutions to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
Maintain solid relationships with existing clients and generate referrals.
Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Requirements




2–5 years of experience in Project Finance / Loan Sales / Banking / Financial Services / Business Development.
Good understanding of business loans, project finance, working capital, and bank funding.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Result-oriented and confident in meeting business owners.
Experience in a CA firm, bank, NBFC, or financial consultancy will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,127.35 - ₹58,545.17 per month
