Key Responsibilities
Preventive and predictive maintenance planning.
Equipment reliability, breakdown analysis and root-cause analysis.
Corrective-action tracking and maintenance of equipment/asset history.
Lubrication and condition-monitoring programmes.
Critical-spares identification and availability monitoring.
Production and material planning support.
Central monitoring of stores, inventory, min/max and reorder levels.
Technical support for procurement of mechanical equipment and sparesRole & responsibilities.
Preferred candidate profile Experience with pumps, gearboxes, agitators, mills/pulverizers, conveyors, elevators, centrifuges, dryers, fans/blowers and similar process equipment preferred.
The candidate stationed in Mumabi will be required to travel to Dahej and other plant/project locations as an when required.
