Job Title: Staff Nurse – Homecare

Department: Homecare

Job Objective
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care at the patient’s home.
Ensure patient safety, comfort, satisfaction, and adherence to clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care as per patient requirements and prescribed care plans.
Monitor and record vital signs, cardiac status, and pulse oximetry.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
Conduct/assist with investigations as required.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records.
Identify and respond appropriately to emergencies and patient safety concerns.
Follow infection control, patient safety, and clinical protocols.
Educate patients and families regarding care, medication, and health management.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, doctors, and the healthcare team.
Report changes in patient condition, incidents, and other concerns promptly.
Maintain skilled conduct and demonstrate teamwork and accountability.

Qualification
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Valid Nursing Registration
Relevant homecare/clinical experience preferred
