Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and active Property Manager to manage and coordinate the day-to-day requirements of approximately 150 residential units under our group landlords. The role involves regular property visits, tenant coordination, maintenance supervision, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities
Regularly visit properties and conduct property inspections.
Monitor the condition of properties and identify maintenance requirements.
Coordinate with tenants regarding property-related concerns and requirements.
Handle tenant complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
Coordinate property maintenance and repair activities.
Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, technicians, housekeeping teams, and other vendors.
Follow up with vendors to ensure work is completed on time and properly.
Maintain records of property inspections, maintenance activities, and tenant issues.
Report major property-related issues to the management.
Ensure properties are properly maintained and issues are addressed promptly.





Eligibility Qualification: Civil Engineering students / candidates with a Civil Engineering background.

Additional Qualification: Facility Management course/certification will be an advantage.
Freshers with relevant knowledge and willingness to work in the field are encouraged to apply.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of property maintenance and facilities management.

Requirements Smartphone: Mandatory.

Bike: Mandatory.

Willingness to travel and visit properties regularly.

Ability to coordinate effectively with tenants, landlords, and vendors.

Allowance
Travel allowance will be provided for field visits.
No fixed field allowance apart from applicable travel expenses.
