Testing Samp; Evaluation: Decide and execute mechanical and chemical tests (such as tensile, hardness, and fatigue tests) on various materials.
Data Analysis Analyse test results and compare data against industry /project specifications.
Failure Analysis Investigate broken or degraded materials to find the root cause of defects or failures.
Quality Control Inspect raw materials and monitor manufacturing or site processes to maintain stricsafety and quality standards.
Reporting Write explicit technical reports and provide material recommendations to design and project teams.
Collaboration Work with suppliers and quality teams to approve material submittals and solve sourcing issues.
