Role & responsibilities
Generate and develop waterproofing project business.
Identify and follow up with builders, contractors, consultants and project owners.
Visit project sites and understand project requirements.
Prepare quotations, BOQs and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with technical and application teams for project execution.
Achieve monthly project sales targets.
Develop solid relationships with key project clients.
Maintain project pipeline and update CRM regularly.
Track upcoming projects and market opportunities.
Ensure timely collection of payments from project customers.
Maintain accurate project data, follow-ups and opportunities in CRM.
Submit daily/weekly project visit and sales reports to the reporting manager.
