Key Responsibilities
Perform dimensional inspection of components using precision measuring instruments.
Operate CMM, Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges and other metrology equipment.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T; and technical specifications.
Conduct first article, in-process and final inspections.
Prepare dimensional inspection reports and maintain quality records.
Identify dimensional deviations and coordinate with production and quality teams for corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Metrology, CMM and GD&T.;
Experience in precision measurement and dimensional inspection.
Ability to read engineering drawings and use inspection instruments.
Knowledge of quality documentation and inspection procedures.
