Inspect automotive components as per quality standards and specifications. Perform in-process and final inspection of plastic parts. Identify defects such as scratches, dents, cracks, dimensional issues, and molding defects.

Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges, etc. Maintain inspection and quality records. Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and SOPs. Report quality issues to the Supervisor/Quality Engineer.

Support sorting, rework, and rejection activities. Follow all safety and quality procedures at the workplace.

Ensure conformity with technical blueprints, drawings, and industry regulations (such as ISO or GMP standards).Documentation and Reporting: Record inspection metrics, log defect rates, and issue non-conformance reports when items fail to meet specifications.Process Improvement: Collaborate with production teams to isolate root causes of defects, suggest assembly adjustments, and prevent recurring errors.
