We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage and supervise daily footwear production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily production planning and monitoring
Supervise workers and production activities
Ensure production targets are achieved on time
Maintain quality standards and reduce production wastage
Coordinate with Production Manager, Store and other departments
Monitor work-in-progress and production stages
Maintain daily production records and reports
Ensure discipline and proper utilization of manpower
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in footwear manufacturing
Knowledge of footwear production processes preferred
Valuable manpower handling and supervision skills
Basic knowledge of production reporting and Excel
Candidates from Jaipur/local area will be given preference
Salary: ₹15,000–20,000 per month Job Type: Full time
