Job Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day resin casting production activities.
Handle resin mixing, casting, mould preparation, and curing processes.
Ensure production work is carried out as per drawings and process requirements.
Monitor manpower and allocate work to operators and technicians.
Check quality at each stage of the casting process.
Ensure proper use and handling of resin, hardener, and other materials.
Maintain production records and report daily production status.
Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and Maintenance teams.
Ensure workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
Identify production issues and take corrective action in coordination with the Production Manager.
Qualification & Experience:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in resin casting, transformer manufacturing, or similar production work.
Practical knowledge of resin casting processes and production supervision.
Valuable team-handling and communication skills
