About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor & Billing Engineer to handle project cost estimation, material takeoffs, subcontractor billing, and client payment certification for civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), preliminary cost estimates, rate analysis, and tender documentation based on structural drawings.
Verify physical measurement records at project sites and process running account (RA) bills for contractors and sub-vendors.
Prepare and present monthly client billing calculations, tracking payment schedules and work completed.
Audit in office construction material usage,



compare actual consumption against estimated BOQs, and flag cost variations.
Reconcile contractor claims, extra work orders, and final settlement accounts upon project completion.

Qualifications & Requirements:
B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
3+ years of direct experience in quantity surveying, rate analysis, and billing in civil construction.
Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel (advanced formulas), and estimation/costing tools.
Familiarity with IS measurement codes and contract conditions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
