Hiring: Recovery Officer

Location: Pune – Shivaji Nagar

Salary: ₹16,500 per month

Eligibility
Minimum 6 months of experience in Recovery / Collection
Experience in Loan / EMI / BFSI recovery preferred
Positive communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to handle field recovery activities
Local candidates or candidates comfortable working in Shivaji Nagar preferred

Job Responsibilities
Follow up with customers for overdue payments
Conduct collection and recovery activities
Visit customers for payment follow-up, wherever required
Maintain proper records of collection activities
Resolve customer queries related to outstanding payments
Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets
Coordinate with the team and submit regular collection updates
