We have an urgent opening for the position of Regional Head in Variable Agency Vertical in one of the leading Life Insurance Company.
Responsibilities
Handling a team of 3 to 5 Branch Heads and Agency Partners.
Lead and grow the Variable Agency business for the assigned region.
Achieve regional sales targets, including Annual Premium Equivalent (APE), revenue, and profitability.
Drive advisor recruitment, activation, productivity, and persistency.
Build robust relationships with key stakeholders, channel partners, and customers. Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and company policies.
Collaborate with HR, Training, Marketing, and Operations to improve business outcomes.
Develop regional business strategies to increase market share and expand distribution.
Ability to analyze business data and make strategic decisions.
Monitor business performance using MIS reports and implement corrective action plans.
