Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
Understand job requirements and prepare/coordinate appropriate sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role suitability.
Maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
Prepare daily/weekly recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
Track open positions, interview status, offer status, and joining status.
Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities of selected candidates.




Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
Support employer branding and other HR activities when required.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
2–5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
Experience with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
Good understanding of interview coordination and candidate evaluation.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive negotiation and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
