We are looking for an experienced, energetic and hands-on Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our fine jewellery showroom and help us build the next phase of our business.

With a legacy dating back to 1947, we are now looking to build a more qualified, process-driven and customer-focused retail organisation.

What you will be responsible for:
Lead, manage, hire the showroom sales team
Drive monthly and annual sales targets
Monitor individual salesperson performance
Build a solid follow-up and customer relationship culture
Manage daily showroom operations and discipline
Improve customer experience and conversion
Coordinate with production and inventory teams
Ensure proper CRM and customer database management
Support local marketing and customer acquisition initiatives
Prepare and review daily/weekly sales reports

Who we are looking for:
5+ years of experience in jewellery / luxury retail / premium retail
Strong sales and team-management skills




Target-oriented and commercially driven
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities
Comfortable working in a hands-on workplace
Strong understanding of CRM, follow-ups and sales conversion
Mumbai-based candidates preferred

This is an important role for us. We are not looking for someone to simply manage a showroom. We are looking for someone who can build a high-performing retail team and help take the business to its next stage of growth.
