Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct CT scans, X-rays, ultrasounds, color Dopplers, and other imaging procedures to diagnose medical conditions.
Interpret radiology images and reports to identify abnormalities and provide accurate diagnoses.
Collaborate with referring physicians to discuss patient care plans and treatment options.
Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in radiology technology and techniques.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of care.
Interventional procedures: Perform image-guided procedures such as biopsies, drainages, aspirations, and vascular interventions, depending on their subspecialty and training.
