We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter who is passionate about talent acquisition and candidate engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities across various job portals and social platforms.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records.
Post job openings on relevant platforms and social media channels.




Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Coordinate offer rollouts, onboarding formalities, and joining follow-ups.
Support employer branding and recruitment-related activities.

Requirements
1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Solid coordination and follow-up skills.

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Location: Onsite (Preet Vihar, Delhi)
