Role & responsibilities
Build solid relationships with ANZ leaders and key stakeholders.
Lead the management and resolution of operational issues and escalations.
Partner with onshore leaders to set expectations, monitor performance and drive accountability.
Support performance management processes, development plans and corrective actions.
Facilitate regular stakeholder reviews, feedback sessions and governance discussions.
Promote a high-performance culture focused on service excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.
