Job Summary

We have an urgent openings for the position of Regional Manager-Group Business in one of the leading Life Insurance Company.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to acquire retirement fund business from corporate clients in key, mega, and PSU segments
Build and maintain solid relationships with decision-makers in MNCs, Indian companies, banks, and public sector organizations.
Identify and capitalize on business development prospects within Group Fund products.
Generate qualified leads for other LOBs like Group Term Insurance, Group Fund and NPS, to support cross-selling efforts,
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth in the region.
To ensure the team identifies and builds relationships with key influencers decision makers, influencers etc
Lay down transparent sales stage development plan for every customer with the respective sales resource by ensuring every minute details being adhered to.
