Key Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable frontend applications using React.js
Lead frontend development initiatives and define best practices
Build reusable components and frontend libraries
Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces
Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs
Implement state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.)
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers
Improve CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment processes
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps
Technical Requirements Must-Have:
7+ years of frontend development experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js
Robust proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Experience with up-to-date frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Babel)
Deep understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, and performance optimization
Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, MobX, or Context API)
Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind, or styled-components
Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
Experience with Git-based workflows
