Retail Store Manager

Role: Retail Store Manager

Experience: 4–8 years in Retail / Store Operations

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day retail store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales and revenue targets.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the store sales team.
Allocate duties, manage staff schedules, attendance, grooming, and performance.
Handle customers, queries, complaints, and ensure good customer service.
Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, replenishment, and stock accuracy.
Ensure proper product display, merchandising, pricing, and store presentation.
Manage billing, POS operations, cash handling, and daily sales closing.
Monitor store expenses, discounts, returns, and wastage.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and internal teams for stock requirements.
Analyze sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.




Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
Ensure store cleanliness, safety, security, and company SOP compliance.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of retail store operations.
Excellent sales and team management skills.
Positive customer handling and communication skills.
Knowledge of POS, billing, inventory, and stock management.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and retail/ERP software.
Target-oriented and commercially aware.
Professional, organized, and able to handle busy store operations.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
