Retail Store Manager(Preferably From Saree Background)

The Retail Store Manager, helps create a welcoming, well-organized shopping experience. This role assists customers, supports sales, processes transactions, maintains merchandise displays, and helps keep the store clean and stocked.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers, answer product questions, and offer helpful recommendations.
Support customers throughout their shopping experience with friendly, attentive service.
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process cash, card, and other accepted payments accurately.
Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies.
Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain tidy displays and sales-floor standards.
Assist with inventory counts, receive and organize shipments, and report low-stock items.
Help keep checkout areas, fitting rooms, and other store spaces clean and orderly.
Follow store procedures for customer service, cash handling, safety, and loss prevention.





Qualifications
Explicit, friendly communication and a patient, customer-focused approach.
Basic comfort using cash registers or POS systems; training can be provided.
Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with a team.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move merchandise within the store’s stated requirements.
Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Work Workplace This role involves working on a retail sales floor and at checkout. Associates may spend much of a shift standing, assisting customers, stocking merchandise, and moving between store areas.

Schedule

Work hours may vary based on store needs and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
