Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and target-oriented Sales Manager with 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2C sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, understanding client requirements, arranging property site visits, and converting leads into successful property transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and follow up with leads provided by the company.
Initiate calls and communicate with potential clients.
Understand clients’ property requirements and suggest suitable options.
Make cold calls and send messages to prospective customers.
Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.




Support clients throughout the purchase process, including documentation.
Conduct market research to identify recent projects, properties, and builders.
Maintain good knowledge of real estate processes, rules, and regulations.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and builders.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements
6 months to 1 year of B2C sales experience.
Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Voice Process will be preferred.
Candidate must own a two-wheeler/bike.
Must be comfortable with property site visits.
Passionate about sales and target achievement.
Positive communication and client-handling skills.
Well-groomed and professionally dressed.
