We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, particularly in high-rise buildings, villas, or luxury properties, with solid communication and customer-handling skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct daily sales calls and arrange property site visits.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Develop and maintain solid knowledge of the real estate market and assigned projects.
Promote properties through direct sales activities.
Generate business from both new and existing customers.
Build and maintain relationships with Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and prospective buyers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.




Coordinate with customers throughout the sales process and resolve project-related queries.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers to achieve sales targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.

Required Skills
1+ year of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Experience in selling High-Rise Buildings, Villas, or Luxury Properties preferred.
Good knowledge of the real estate market and sales process.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Ability to build relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
