Job Responsibilities
Promote The Thrills Fun Park through local marketing, social media, and promotional activities.
Generate leads and attract individual customers, schools, colleges, corporate groups, and families.
Handle customer enquiries regarding park facilities, packages, offers, and events.
Conduct field marketing and develop relationships with local businesses, institutions, and travel groups.
Assist in planning promotional campaigns, offers, events, and seasonal activities.
Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into bookings or visits.
Support ticket booking, ticket sales, ticket counter operations, and ticket issuance when required.
Maintain daily records of sales, customer enquiries, bookings, and ticket collections.
Coordinate with the operations, reception,



and management teams for smooth customer service.
Collect customer feedback and help improve promotional strategies.
Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or any relevant field preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms.
Ability to interact confidently with customers.
Willingness to perform field marketing when required.
