Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential customers that fit Lawcubator's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers such as HR Heads, HR Managers,Founders, and Business Leaders.
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
Outbound Sales
Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers.
Conduct personalized email and LinkedIn outreach.
Follow structured follow-up sequences to engage prospects.
Understand prospect pain points and communicate Lawcubator's value proposition clearly.
Handle initial objections and identify opportunities for further discussion.
Lead Qualification
Qualify leads based on company profile, requirements, decision-making authority, businessneed, and potential fit.
Conduct initial qualification/discovery conversations where required.




Identify genuine sales prospects and avoid passing unqualified leads to the sales team.
Meeting & Demo Generation
Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Confirm meetings and follow up with prospects to reduce no-shows.
Provide the sales team with relevant information about the prospect before the meeting.
CRM Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and lead information in the CRM.
Record calls, emails, follow-ups, responses, and lead status.
Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.
Maintain proper pipeline hygiene and provide regular activity reports.
Collaboration
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams.
Share prospect feedback, objections, and common customer requirements.
Continuously improve outreach messaging and prospecting strategies based on results.
