We are seeking a target-driven Technical Sales Specialist to lead our business expansion in the Hyderabad industrial region. In this role, you will drive sales of our high-performance aerosol lubricant products—including mould release agents, anti-rust sprays, ejector pin lubricants, and industrial cleaners—specifically targeting plastic injection moulding manufacturers across key hubs (Balanagar, Cherlapally, Jeedimetla, Patancheru, and Pashamylaram).

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development:

Identify, target, and acquire new B2B accounts across plastic injection moulding workshops and manufacturing facilities in the Hyderabad region.
Technical Product Demonstrations:

Conduct in office product trials and technical demonstrations with plant managers, tooling engineers, and maintenance heads to prove product performance and value.
Account Management:

Build and retain relationships with key decision-makers, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
Market Intelligence:

Track local industrial trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify emerging demand in local manufacturing hubs.
Sales Targets:





Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue goals and market penetration targets.

Key Requirements
Experience:

2–5 years of B2B field sales experience in industrial consumables, lubricants, chemical sprays, or tooling accessories.
Industry Domain:

Hands-on experience selling into the plastic injection moulding, tooling, or manufacturing sector is strongly preferred.
Technical Aptitude:

Ability to understand technical specifications of aerosol lubricants (e.g., thermal stability, viscosity, mould release efficiency) and explain them to technical buyers.
Local Knowledge:

Strong understanding of Hyderabad’s industrial geography and established contact networks in local manufacturing zones.
Languages:

Fluency in Telugu and Hindi is required; professional working proficiency in English.
Mobility:

Must possess a valid driving license and personal vehicle for daily customer visits across Hyderabad.
