Tidex Coating System Limited is a growing company providing professional coating systems and construction-related solutions . We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused and target-oriented Sales Executive to expand our business and strengthen our presence across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Develop recent customers and business prospects in the assigned territory.
Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, applicators, industries and project sites.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Promote Tidex products and explain product applications and benefits to customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order closure.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer requirements, orders and deliveries.
Maintain regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Eligibility & Requirements
Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
1.5+ years of experience in any of the following fields is preferred: Tiles
Tile Adhesives
Waterproofing Chemicals
Paints
Construction Chemicals
Coating Systems
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also welcome to apply.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Own bike is an advantage but NOT mandatory.
Salary & Benefits
₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Salary will be based on experience and skills
