JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an SAP HCM Technical Consultant to assist our clients with the implementation and maintenance of their HR Online Tickets and Time Tracking &
Absence Management. This role includes ABAP development, BSP enhancements, IDoc handling, and close collaboration with HR functional teams (PA/OM, Time Management). You will participate in requirement analysis, technical development, issue resolution, and system improvements for HR Time &
Absence processes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Technical Development
Develop and enhance ABAP programs in SAP HCM system for HR Online Ticketing and Time/Absence workflows.
Development of SAP HCM integrations with third-party systems
Maintain and extend ABAPBSP components used in HR selfservice tools.
Implement and troubleshoot IDoc interfaces for HR data exchange.

Functional Collaboration
Work closely with PA/OM and Time Management teams to analyze requirements.
Translate functional needs into technical designs and implement solutions.




Support data validation and logic debugging related to Time &
Absence.

Support &
Maintenance
Handle incident analysis, rootcause identification, and bug fixing.
Provide support for ticketing processes and system enhancements.
Ensure secure operation of HR Online Tickets and Time Tracking tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills
More than 5 years of SAP ABAP HCM experience
Robust SAP ABAP programming experience.
Hands-on SAP ABAPBSP development.
Experience with SAP IDoc processing & integration.
Knowledge of Organizational structure & employee master data.
SAP Time &
Absence Management Functional Knowledge.
Stay updated on the latest SAP HCM(PA/OM) updates and features

Preferred Skills
Experience in HR selfservice applications.
Understanding of time evaluation and absence workflows.
Exposure to custom HR ticketing or time tracking tools.
