Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Experience: 6– 8 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Job Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Pune/Current Delhi/Mumbai

Qualifications

CA/ICWA/ Bachelor/Master Degree in Commerce, Business Administration
Minimum 2 End to End Implementations including S/4 HANA

Strong expertise in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, COPA, PCA CCA) Good to have Product

Costing experience
Experience in end-to-end S/4HANA implementations
Knowledge of month-end close, financial reporting, and controlling processes
Strong integration experience with MM, SD, PP, HR, PM
Experience in data migration, data mapping,



and reconciliation
Hands-on in configuration, testing (UAT), and support
Solid understanding of business processes and SAP best practices

Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements
Design, configure, and implement SAP FI-CO solutions
Conduct gap analysis (As-Is vs To-Be) and propose solutions
Manage testing, deployment, and hypercare support
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders
Provide user training and documentation
Handle client communication and issue resolution

Preferred:
Experience in Manufacturing industries (FMCG, Auto, Steel, Textiles)
Exposure to Service industry
CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance)
SAP S/4HANA Certification

Skills:
Robust analytical & problem-solving skills
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Ability to handle multiple projects
