Role Description

Must Have Skills
8+ years of experience in SAP FICO.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI configuration:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Bank Accounting
Robust hands-on experience in SAP CO configuration:
Cost Center Accounting
Profit Center Accounting
Internal Orders
Product Costing
Profitability Analysis (COPA)
Experience in SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Support Projects.
Strong understanding of financial and controlling business processes.
Experience in gathering business requirements and preparing functional specifications.
Hands-on experience in system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user training.
Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, migrations, and enhancements.
Experience working with ABAP teams for custom developments, interfaces, reports, and integrations.




Knowledge of integration between FICO and MM, SD, PP, and PS modules.
Ability to provide production support and resolve critical issues within SLA timelines.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

Positive to Have Skills
SAP S/4HANA Certification.
Experience in RTR (Record to Report) processes.
Exposure to FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management).
Exposure to Group Reporting.
Exposure to Central Finance (CFIN).
Solid stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and user-training skills.
Experience in preparing functional design documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
